Bushnell Elite 4200 6-24x40, different models ?

Im considering the Elite 4200 for my .223 bird rifle

I see that they have two different models with mil dot.
42-6242M or 42-6242P,P is about 60$ exstra)

Anyone know what the difference is ?, wich one should i choose...

And will knobs from Kenton Industries fit this scope ?
On the Kenton page they say that the scope needs high target turrets
and on the bushnell website it says Semi target turrets...

Thanks in advance

The main difference between the 2 models is the "P" verison is side focus where the "M" model has an adjustable objective. Also the P is much smaller is side than then M verison.
