Bushnell Customer Support

I had an early Millett 6-18 scope fail about two weeks ago. No apparent reason since it had only ever been on a .17 Remington, so recoil wasn't a culprit.
At that point I found that Bushnell now owns Millett but honors their warranty. A call to customer service got me to a friendly, knowledgeable representative who explained the repair sequence. Off to Bushnell it went.
An equivalent brand new Bushnell scope arrived today as replacement. No fuss, no muss, no hassle. Now that's customer service.

Bushnell is a great company that supports our sport and listens as much as anybody

Funny you should mention Tasco. While waiting to see what Bushnell would do, I dug around in my scope drawer and dragged out my old Tasco 8-32, 1/8" target dot scope from the good old days and put it on my .17. While optics are better these days, that old scope is still great. Even have one of their 6X 30mm handgun scopes on my 7BR XP100 that has been one that gun for years without a hitch. Nowhere near the same quality today. That's sad.

Always trying to find the newer better thing and keep putting my trusty Bushnell’s back on my rifles. Never had one break either prolly 30,000 rounds on em.

Wow. Surprised to see this. I have a DMRII that I've called about three times and have gotten absolute mo-rons each time. I mean, these people were almost laughably bad at over-the-phone customer service. Yelling to other people while on the line, mumbling while reading their computer, having *zero* clue about my issue, etc.
Also tried emailing, and the days-late response was of zero help. I forget exactly my complaint with that, but I think it said to call the help line or something.
The issue doesn't keep the scope from operating, so it's easier to just run the thing and not deal with the idiots I've gotten ahold of.

Like their scopes, but have so far had no reason to compliment their service.

They have always been great every time ive used their customer service, even scopes that were in a house fire the replaced no problem. Just sent back a pair of weaver binoculars that wouldnt focus, im 100% confident they will take care of them

Bushnell customer support is 'A No. 1.'

I have several of their scopes and I'm completely satisfied especially with the resolution.

The one scope of theirs that I had that wasn't up to par resolution wise they replaced without any push back.

Had a similar issue with a Nikon Monarch 4x16 and they refused to correct the issue. I have to keep the scope on 12X to get any decent resolution at 200yards.

I am a Bushnell fan as it is a home town team.
They have been more than good to me with any issues I have had, easier to work face to face than emails or phone at times.

I have been a huge fan of their Elite line for years. I have or have had all of them top to bottom in that line. The Elite pistol scope for me was way over the top of the others, no matter what kind of power because of the consistent eye relief, along with generous eye relief.

They have dropped all of the Elite line except the tactical which a majority will not drop that kind of coin on. BTW it is excellent glass along with great options.

The Engage line that replaced it will take me a long time if ever to show me it is as good or better than the Elite. The ones I have had a chance to look at did not impress me.

I, too, am a big, big fan of the Elite line, frequently recommending the 6x24 to new prairie dog hunters.

It always confuses me when I see seemingly odd changes made by a company with a good reputation and a product line with an established name, like the Elite scope line. Mostly I worry that the bean-counters have taken over and "proven" on paper that the company can be more profitable by increasing its lower-quality offerings and eliminating some of its better scopes that perhaps have lower volume and smaller profit margin.
