Bushnell 6500

Just bought a scope off a friend that is new in the box for 500.00 bucks. It is a Bushnell 6400 or the 6500 in 2.5 x 16 with mill dot reticule and does not have the tactical knobs. I checked this scope out and boy was it nice for the price. I am having a tactical rifle built and was looking at some higher end stuff and when this scope happened to come buy the brakes came on. It has not been to the range yet on a gun but messing with it outside i think it is going to be a winner. I am hoping to be able to install the tactical knobs or have them installed by them. If you get a chance check 1 out. Don't let the name or price fool you. When i can get it to the range i will let you know how it does.....DAN

Yes Dan, the 6500 Bushnell is right in line as for quality and Clarity with Leupold, Burris, and sightron at way less out of the wallet with a life time warranty. I have all three of the scopes afore mentioned. I would love to have a Nightforce but the wallet is always thin. Everytime it gets thick someone offers another scope at a deal. Someday I will own one. Well have a scope for every rifle so now maybe I will save enough to get the nightforce. Lou
