has anyone used this scope, it is nicely priced at about $550-600. how does it rate when compared with the burris black diamond or xtr and a nightforce?

In my opinion, the Elite 4200 compares very nicely to the Burris Black Diamond. The Bushnell is an outstanding scope and we have sold a lot of them. I would actually go with the Bushnell and save the extra money.

My Bushnell 4200 8-32 beats the pants off my burris Select 8-32; I have looked through a Diamond 30 mm scope & it is no better than my 4200 and less $$$.....just my 2 cents worth/ Chaz

Does the new 30mm. tube Elite 4200 have target turrets ? Also what are the reticle choices, and how much MOA adjustment for elevation?

Yes to the target turrets, Mil Dot reticle only and 50MOA adjustment.

The Nikon Monarch is a very nice scope optically and is very comparable to the other models in your list. Another scope that I recommend, but with a little less power, is the Clearidge Ultra XP 6-20x40. Optics are outstanding and are fall in the same category as the Monarch and Elite 4200. I personally like the Nikon and the Bushnell Elite 4200 when you look at the quality for the price. As for the 8x32, I like the Bushnell Elite 4200 8-32x40.
