Burris z rings

anyone here use the Burris z ring inserts to cant your scope? I'm thinking of getting some to get 20 Moa elevation.

They do come in handy for such as that.....
Use the plus in the front on top and the plus on the bottom in the rear.
Wish sometimes they had more than 10's......

You said "cant" and I have. Had a windage problem with an older Mdl. 70. Turned the ring inserts slightly sideways and got a bit of left. Just used the offsets on one ring and the straight ones on the other.

Worked.

I believe what you mean is Burris "Signature Rings". "Z" rings attach to a picatinny or weaver base.

I hope I can clairify the Signiture (Sig) rings,,,,they all use the plastic inserts,,,,the "Z" means that a particular set of rings fits a Weaver (Picatany--sp??) base/rail,,,,the beauty of these plastic inserts in the fact that they do not mar the scope tube when tightened ,,,and I have used an offset pair in one ring and a "0" in the other ,,,with no problems,,,,these inserts are self-centering (sorta like a trailer hitch ball) and no matter how much you "offset" (-5-10-20 thou.) they center in ring body and place no stress on the scope tube ,,,,,Roger

Yes I used them to get to1000 yards with my 6BR. Had elevation to spare. They are hard to beat.
