I have a NIB set of SWFA rings that are identical to Burris. They are medium, but very little difference between medium and low. 30mm w/ 1in inserts. 6 screw.

I have medium rings on now. It's a hunting rifle with a regular barrel. The mediums are just to high to shoulder.
