Burris ring cross bolt

I just snapped off a cross bolt on a signature zee ring anyone have one or advise me on where to buy one? Appears to be 6-40x1in torx head. Thanks Ed

Never had a problem with a crossbolt but Burris customer service has always been good for me. Might want to give them a call on Monday.

Torqued to 45 leupold specs instead of 32 burris.Whos dumber than me? Ed

Bonniville: I torque my Burris cross-bolt screws to 24 inch pounds using the Borka tool. Never had one come lose yet.

You must not be the only one that does this - Burris sells cross bolts by the box

The cross bolt is rather small, so i fixed it so it will never break again by drilling and tapping to 10-32and using cap screws cut to the right length. so you can torque to 65 inch pounds if you desire. they fit right in my Panda F class with a 20 min. Picatinny base …… jim
