I also have the lbullseye ammo cam long range edition. I have been struggling to get mine to recognize the camera on my iPad. I called the tech and yes they are new but very helpful. I unplugged all connection and played around with them with everything turned on while I was talking to them on the phone. I feel the connections to the little splitter blocks is where my problems were at. Hope this helps. When I did get it to recognize the camera I had absolutely no issues with the system out at 662 yards.

Interesting. I have not had the first issue. Turn the wifi switch of the unit on, turn the camera switch on. Aim the wifi case at the target. Take camera to target and hit start session and image appears. I take my phone with the app on to the target so I can adjust and get the perfect picture before heading back to the firing line

Used on Samsung and just switched to Iphone and ZERO issues. Be sure your switch is acutally in the ON position. It's not very clear which is on or off.

I did all of that I even had a picture from bullseye camera to by pass the little splitter box and still it just won't connect to camera .

I bought my long range Bullseye camera about one year ago. I was able to use it at 300-400 yards but not at long distance. Basically I was receiving the signal from the camera but I was not able to connect with the fire line receiver. My ipad kept "obtaining IP". Sent the unit back. It was returned to me with exactly the same problem. After a number of emails, they agreed to exchange my camera with one with an external antenna. Got the new unit and it works great to 1300 yards.
