Bullet seating preference

I have a 21st Cent. arbor press that I use in conjunction with the LE Wilson micro seater.

Just wondered what others were using as changing seating depths accurately with the Wilson can get a little tedious.

Loading my 223 I love the Micro seater with drop window of the RCBS die and was thinking of switching over my BR to this also.

Terry, as I stated, my LE Wilson has a micometer already. I was asking how many others reload with this type of equipment and since I already have a T-7 press would it be benefitial to purchase a Gold Medal Match die from RCBS.

james,
I've tried several methods and have found my Sinclair Arbor Press gives me the most consistent results for one simple reason....I can "FEEL" the resistance" when I seat the bullets using my Wilson Inline Dies whereas with the bigger conventional presses (single stage or progressive) I can't sense or feel the seating of the bullet.
