Does bullet run out really matter if your seating into the lands? If I am using .001 neck tension and touching or jumping wouldn't that be centering my bullet?

Gotta be careful with that light a neck tension on a jam, if you open the bolt the bullet could stick causing powder to spill .I agree with the theory of a jam centering everything or comes pretty close to it.
