I've used my RCBS collet puller since I started loading,back in the 70's.It works well and I have had no problems with it,but would expect the other collet type pullers to work equally well.I bought a hammer type to try and was not happy with it and never use it.The hammer made for more work than would be expected for such a simple job,and occasionally the case would slip out of the shellholder.The collet types work best with longer bullets,not so well with short or pistol bullets. I've tried a few others but have returned to the hammer. Simple and easy. I have a rug on a concrete floor and hit the hammer on the rug. Muffles the sound and seems to work better. Never have done more than a few at a time though. If I had a lot to do, I might think otherwise.

Have used hammer type puller forever works fine but slow.

Bought an RCBS collet puller years ago from OK Weber and it has been great!
