Notice the estimated delivery dates……. Not sure any jackets are showing up in bullet makers hands by the dates posted. The jacket makers are running full steam and not gaining ground.
In Tony Boyers book there is a chapter on bullet making and it is a good introduction to making your own bullets.
I took the plunge,

Yeah Varmint hunting and shooting...mabye sells some on the side .. possibly..... Basically I've haut gottiinto the .17 cal centerfire world building a AR with KAK industries new 17-5.56. Well I wanted to try it for predator hunting and everyone and there mom was complaining about how bad the available Vmaxs and stuff are and how I shouldn't use them and to just try and find old stock stuff.....soooo figured hay I reload, I cast , I wanna try swagging ar some point.....why not try and fix a problem instead of being one amongst the ever complaining masses ?
Ok thank you I'll be looking into that. I could have sworn I saw someone selling jackets for .17 cal the other day though....can't remeber who. Just curious what are the prices usually on jackets ?

You will probably have to go to a .22 to get jackets once a year
For good steel dies that are of high quality contact Larry Blackman
