Bullet Identification

A friend of mine showed me a load he developed for a 243 Winchester. The bullet is identified as 68gr ESTE. Does anyone know what the manufacturer of this bullet is? What does ESTE mean? It could be Berger, but I don't know what the ESTE stands for.

Before you ask, my friend is now deceased so I can't ask him. He wouldn't answer anyway.
