Bullet depth in case neck??

On the 6BR, do you like the bullet to have "full neck contact" in the case. I heard/read talk about the donut thing on the case necks with the bullet seated short. It's easier to get full length neck contact on the heavier bullets. 75s, 80s and heavier.
Whats your opinion on the subject? Thanks. Mike.

Thanks Lynn. Just curious about the "long neck" on the 6BR cases. I figured that if the case neck was long, why not use as much as needed. Thanks again. Mike.
