What would be the proper information to plug into QuickLoad when you have a bullet that has a hollow base and is also a semi boat tail design? The bullet in question is a 30 caliber Cavity Back 125 300BO. Would you just select the hollow base selection and input the dimensions of the cavity? Need advice on this one!

I've only input the boat tail dimensions when adding a bullet. Just didn't have any hollow base bullets I've added. I take it you can't input both? If that is the case (without trying) I would input the hollow base as the volume is much greater.
I don't have a lot of confidence that seating depth in QL adjusts output as accurately as implied. I've found the burn rate Ba is the greatest contributor to accuracy based on my experience with using QL after I get the other inputs done.
