Bruno's has 6BR brass

A little birdie told me Bruno's now has 6BR brass.
Price is $43.00 per hundred. Up $4.00 from last summer.
That's not too bad.

Grab it while you can.

I just got off the phone with Lapua in Finland. They don't have a date certain for the next shipment.

First 6.5x47 brass may be available in Europe in April. Add at least a month to that probably for the USA.

Hello Everybody,

The Lapua brass is on the way to us at Sinclair. We are anticipating it to be in either today, or tomorrow. Kaltron called us earlier this week to let us know that it is really on the way to us.

Cordially,
Bob Blaine

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick update to let all of you know that the Lapua shipment has arrived at Sinclair! Our crews are busy checking in the order, and are processing the back orders out for the folks that have been so patient. We will keep you posted as to our ongoing availability.

Cordially,
Bob Blaine

Thanks Bob. I've updated the just-released BLOG to show Sinclair International has brass in stock. Hopefully there will be ample supply this time around.

Bob Blaine,

Could you mike some of the new brass just ahead of the extractor groove on the web and let us know what it is?

The last lot that I have measures .46880.

Danny

Excellent point Gunamonth, I always try to tell the vendor that I buy from,if the are site supporters, that I saw their ad on our site. You know, we need to buy more from The Reloaders Nest because 5% goes back to the site. James has put his money where his mouth is.

just ordered another 150 from bruno's. i now have 100 rnds of 6br norma and 350 rounds of lapua 6br. i normaly shoot a match that consit of 48 shots total. is 450 going to be enough to last me a long time? esp if i load up 120 or so and have two shooters using my gun? i might order up some more, just in case it goes away again.

I have 300 pieces coming frm Brunos, I see they billed my credit card. I figure it is about enough to wear out my new PacNor bbl. Treat it right and it seems to last a long time.

PS: But you may want to get a couple of 1000 before the hoarders get it all. :)

Hello Everybody,

As all of you are aware, we did sell out very quickly on the 6BR, and .308 Lapua brass, here at Sinclair. We have been told that more brass should be here in approx. six weeks. We still have plenty of the .220 Russian, and the .223 Remington brass, from Lapua, on hand.

Cordially,
Bob Blaine

If everybody who has a "few thousand" which they probably can't use in the next 10 years would put them up on the classifieds, we could all have enough for the season and more.

I called Amy at Bruno's yesterday 3-15-06 to order Lapua 6Br. brass and was told they were out of stock and it would be about three weeks before she could fill my order.
John

WOW......220 Russian and 6mmBR brass is quite popular!!!
Becoming mainstream!!!!!Lapua can't keep-up:,

Another "possible" means of getting some BR or .220 brass.....

Lynn:

Nope. You're not in the class I would call "hoarding".

I've read on some forums and had some emails of guys with 5,000+. Even if you use some of Jackie Schmidt's "hot+" loads and discard the cases after every grand agg, that amount would probably last you 5 years.

I have my brass, bought 300 in 2001 and have shot 5,000 rounds through 200 of them and have not opened the last 100 yet. If there is better brass than Lapua 6 BR, I sure haven't heard of it.
