I bought a Redding TiN bushing from them that was advertised as "new". It arrived in non-factory, generic zip lok with no factory paperwork. I called them and they said they "repackage" as standard procedure, with no explanation why. I ran a case through it and it scratched the case neck badly. This was obviously a used bushing that they hadn't even bothered to clean. They expected me to pay $5 shipping so they could inspect a $25 item.Has anyone bought from them before?? Are they reputable? Thanks
Sooo was it the correct size for your application ?I bought a Redding TiN bushing from them that was advertised as "new". It arrived in non-factory, generic zip lok with no factory paperwork. I personally would never do business with them again, but your experience may be different.
Exactly. To each his own which is why he won’t make any more money off of me.
I bought a seating stem that was unobtainable everywhere. I put it in my shopping cart and went to checkout. S&H $13.95. Not a problem, I submitted the order.
The stem arrived in a padded envelope with actual postage printed, two or three bucks. I checked the invoice and my CC charge. They didn't charge the standard $13.95, only the actual cost of shipping. Most companies wouldn't do that.
