Brownells backorder procedure question

For those of you that have experience with Brownell's. When you have an order that includes 1 item that is backorderd, do they ship the items they have first, and then fulfill the backordered item when it's available?

Or should I call them and get them to cancel my backordered item so the remainder of the order can get to me.

It's 4 1lb bottles of N140 that turned out to be the backordered item. I do not think that is going to be arriving anytime soon, so I want to make sure I get the remainder of my order in a timely manner.

A few years back I had an item in my order that went 'back order' during processing the order. They shipped the bulk and then I cancelled the item on back order. Unless someone has had recent experience I would call to confirm.

Yes you will get available items now and backorder items will ship when available and they will have their separate shipping charges.
