Gun Parts Corporation (lower image) – no joy; as was a web search.

What is the best way forward?

V,prep the joint and tig weld.if you can fabricate,make a new piece.

Just curious; did you try contacting Browning? The T-Bolt is still in production. I know, likely not a Belgium made rifle but I would think they didn't change the internal design.

The Belgium vs. Japan models are entirely different, with zero commonality except for the bolt's operation.
