Broken Belgium Browning T-Bolt Sear

Discovered this (upper image) when disassembling; after complaint, “It won’t shoot.”

Gun Parts Corporation (lower image) – no joy; as was a web search.

What is the best way forward?

Thank you.

Just curious; did you try contacting Browning? The T-Bolt is still in production. I know, likely not a Belgium made rifle but I would think they didn't change the internal design.

Hello All,

The Belgium vs. Japan models are entirely different, with zero commonality except for the bolt's operation.

Re TIG and fabrication - yes to both.

1911nut - you hit it out of the park! Thank you! The moment I clicked your link, it was "Buy It Now"!

You saved the fellow a lot; and should be on his Christmas card list.

Thank you to everyone!
