BRIDGEVILLE 1000 YD RANGE ?

I was at B-ville in October and it looked like the 1000 yrd range was cleared and getting close to completion. Any updates on completion date, or type of shoots they will hold?

I think the plan is to open it sometime this Spring. Lots of prone and F-Class shooters so you should at least see that.

When the 1000 yard range is in use, the pistol and 100-300 rifle ranges must be closed as they're in the impact area. This will affect the 1000 yard schedule. From what I overheard from Jeff, they imagine two big weekends of 1000 yard shooting each year. Plus two weekends of benchrest. Plus occasional one-day Palma matches, and maybe a weekend of fullbore.

The 2011 XTC/600 yd schedule is already up. I guess they'll wait until the range can open before posting the 1000 yard schedule.
