The main page of Accurate Shooter has a great deal of very good information.

Step 8

Weigh the cases and separate by lots not greater than one grain in weight difference or about 0.5 percent.

If you would like to make this easy you can take 5 rounds from the far left light weight. and five from the Far Right Heavy cases and just check those cases. That would give you a better idea of what your dealing with. Even with your 6gr ES I bet your less than a 1 grain of internal capacity ES.
Unless your shooting Bench rest Or even Long Range bench rest and maybe F/O Class you will not notice it ontarget.

If you shoot Prone out of a sling? Dont worry about any of it. Just shoot it out of the box. Trigger time is alot more important than this little bit of case weight.

JP - Sounds like you built a 6mm-.250 ? If so please post your accuracy results when done with load testing. I have considered building a gun in that chambering. What twist rate are you using ?

Thanks,
Terry
