Brass quality/consistancy?

Looking to purchase a quantity of 222 Remington brass, and am curious how Starline Brass stacks up. I found a few reviews of PPU Brass and it rated pretty high also. Any and all comments about either will be appreciated.

A tangential question.
At 100 yards, what is the impact of the consistency of the brass on group size?

As example, what would we expect the impact be from, say, LC brass, that has been trimmed, camphered/deburred and resized to +/- 1.5 thousandths vs LC brass that has been weight sorted to +/- 1 gr, uniformed primer pockets, flashole deburred along with the same other processing?

Would the impact, if any, depend on caliber?

Thanks!

I like Starling .223 brass. It is not as good as Nosler Premium but pretty close. The neck wall is a little thicker and not as consistent as Nosler Premium. Nosler Premium is sorted by weight where Starline is not. All in all Starline is a good value.
