We've been busy, our latest offering from Zephyr Dynamics is the BRASS-O-MATIC, Precision Universal Case Annealer. We debuted the product at last week's F-Class National Championships and the response was very favorable and are now in production mode with first shipments scheduled for mid October. Our goal was to build as much flexibility into the device as possible without over complicating the design and are extremely happy at the result.

BRASS-O-MATIC gives you total control over the annealing process: Flame location, intensity and duration.

mikecr, the cases are not spinning individually while being annealed. We have found that applying two torches at as close to opposite each other as possible allows the necks to heat uniformly. The pictures show that the case neck is completely enveloped.
