Brass neck is square our not

Hello there when triming your cases lenght to the correct size. How do you now the neck is square.I am working with a RCBS
hand case trimer .What do you do to fine out .How do i correct it thank you 6MM BR blaser is my rifle.

Not all of them are as true as they should be, I rotate the case 180 degrees and cut it again to even it out....

I do same as Preacher - rotate the case and 'flash trim' them - just a couple turns.

One indication of uneven neck is the width of the chamfer cut after you chamfer the case necks. If you have non-uniform neck thickness or non-uniform trim, the width of the cut will be irregular - deeeper on one side or the other. Difficult to see on 45 degree chamfer tools, narrow chamfer band), but it shows up pretty well with a VLD tool, espeially a K&M which has a pretty shallow chamfer angle.
