In the Aug issue of Guns, John Conner talks about using Lizard litter to clean and polish brass .It was time to change one of my tumblers so I picked up a 5 quart bag of Desert Blend Ground English Walnut Shells. It worked great and for less than $7.The best part it is fine enough so that it doesn`t get stuck in the primer pocket holes. My hats off to John for this great tip.Every now and then a blind squirrel finds a acorn .BOB
Got it at PET MART I think most pet stores will have it or something like it.Not Wal Mart or K Mart .He also recommended to add a 1/2 cap of car polish every time you used it.Not Car Wax!!.Also cut up 1 inch strips of used dryer sheets will keep dust down and picks up a lot of crud.I haven`t tried this yet
