Boyd's Agility Stock

Dimner

I do believe in Captain Crunch.
I'm not really sure how new this stock is... but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with it.

I'm wanting to get something to put on my 100 yard range bench fun rifle/field prone shooting/hunting rifle. The Agility looks like neat hybrid design. I can't really get behind the At-One's looks. So it's either the Heritage or the Agility. Hoping someone has had hands on experience with it.

I bought one a few weeks ago and I'm not a fan of it. I'm 6'0" and the stock is way to small for my build. I use to own an At-One and loved it. Was hoping the Agility would be similar but with a more traditional look. The cheek piece is position too close to the grip and my face rest on part of the gape. My LOP is around 14" which makes a large gape on the butt stock. Hopes this helps you out

I'm half with you. I don't know of I'm into the looks yet. But it's far better than the looks of those At-one stocks.
I just picked up a CZ AT-ONE. For use with a bipod, it's actually
pretty decent, although I wish the butt assembly extended another
inch, but it's perfect for the grandson as intended. The Agility stock
is not to my liking or any other stock that has cut out section on the
lower butt.

Is that different than an AT ONE?
The AT-One does not have the bottom cut out, and has an
adjustable cheek piece. As I mentioned, the butt needs to be
longer in addition to the adjustable butt extension. Fore end
looks about the same. The AT-ONE also has a removable piece
on the bottom of the butt. I have plans to change that out for
more of a straight bag rider. Should be a 4 beer job.....

This is exactly what I needed to hear. I'm 6-2 and all my height is in my torso/arms. So I also need an extra length of pull. I was hoping the agility would do the trick, but too small is a deal breaker.

So I'll go with the heritage or maybe re-look at one of the varmint stocks and figure out what exact length of pull to get. I appreciate the feedback.

The at one is a great design, but I cannot get past all the black trim/parts on the rifle. I guess it would look better on their pepper laminate... but still I know I won't keep it if I did buy it.

Has anyone woods hunted with the pro varmint? Seems like it would be a bit clunky in the deer woods. This will mainly be used for stand pit prone and bench shooting. However, I know myself well. I'll get the itch to bring this to the woods.

Yes I see now that both pictures are up. The bottom cut out is called a butt hook on a Mc Millan stock. And it is the worst most ridiculous POS ever invented. I decide many years ago to make a copy of my Mc Millan A5 with out the butt hook. I have it roughed out and mostly inletted on the mill but work has taken over my shop. good news is the cabinets were delivered yesterday afternoon. I am hoping rifle work (on my own guns ) is now full time for me.
