Borden TPE/Nesika J rifle value

I ran across a Borden TPE rifle with two extra barrels, 6 PPC and 30 BR, jewells trigger. Looks like it is glued into a benchrest stock.

The barrel that is on it is 6 Borden. What is that?

Is it possible the bolt will accomodate both PPC and BR rims?

Can anyone give me a ballpark value? A range would be ok.

It’s called a ppc/BR bolt face. Just big enough to get the BR case in. And the extractor is a sako type as to grab a ppc case. A compromise
