bolt repair/refurbishment

I read somewhere the Nosler retired the actions on their test rifles after a million rounds.
They used ULA/NULA actions.

Is it worn or galled? As Aaron mentioned the action is likely worn or damaged too. Depending on how bad, you may be able to have lugs of the bolt and action faced but it will loose some pre extraction. It's work for a good bench rest gunsmith. Pics would help a lot..

I have heard of modern customs with galled lugs, but “worn” would be in another realm.
Keep in mind, Stiller actions have one piece bolt handles, meaning you cannot take it off and relocate it, meaning if you do much machining on the back of the lugs, primary extraction problems might crop up.
