When in the calendar year does the new Blue Book Of Gun Values usually appear? The latest available is the 39th Edition (2018) so the 40th Edition should be coming soon, but when?

When I bought the 39'th, I pre-ordered it from MidwayUSA. It shipped on April 4.

Huh. Other annual prices guides often appear for Christmas before the nominal publication year. That way you get a full 12 months of applicability, in a manner of thinking - and they may sell more books as gifts. Thanks!
