blown primers

Not every round has to pop a primer to be over pressure or to have other pressure signs which you have. You're over pressure if SOME or ANY of them show pressure signs. Back it down a peg.
 
Willoughby you say but some loads are compressed.. is that some loads with the same powder charge are compressed and some aren't?
if you look at Hogdens load data for 270 with H1000 the top 2 loads are compressed , however the blown primer loads were with the bottom 2
