Blemished primers?

Not me. Even primers I had to dig out in the previous shortage which were 25 years old looked like new. And there was no special storage done by me over that time. Not abusive but nothing special at all.

I have loaded more than a few "tarnished" to a dark brown Winchester LPP that went bang every time and I'm sure that I'll find even more during my next load session.

In my USPSA competition days, most of us shot Winchester small pistol primers. Brass not nickel. There was always different shades in a sleeve. They all worked.
