BIX TRIGGER HELP

I have a Bix competion trigger in a Bat action. After 2 years of use when I cock it just freezes the trigger . It does this maybe 2 out of 10 times. I cleaned it and adjusted the sear . It will do this with or without a round in the chamber. Thanks for the help. Hal

When you cleaned it, did you take it completely apart?
I found out you have to. It doesn’t take much to create problems.
If you are sure it is completely clean, go through the adjustment cycle again.

I doubt it is a cocking sear height problem, because it worked fine for two years.

If it is cold, the older ones will not function properly.
Warm up to normal temps and all is good.
Sometimes the 5mm balls need replaced.


I had one that refused to operate correctly below freezing, below zero it was a boat anchor.
