What size bino would give me a good chance of seeing bullet holes at 100 yards? 200yards?

I'd guess at least 15x. The higher the quality the binoculars, the lower magnification you can get away with, but truthfully I use my spotting scope on 25-30x for 100-200 yards when shooting black targets.

I have a really sweet pair of Stiener 20x80s in the classifieds. They are like having two 20 power spotters, one for each eye. Bullet holes are easy at even 200 yards. Shoot me PM if you are interested.
