BIG Thank You to Ronnie Long and Jon Conley

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Ronnie Long and Jon Conley for giving me a WONDERFUL weekend of shooting.

1st..... Ronnie Long of Long Rifles built me a Heavy 30br that just flat out shoots. The craftsmanship of this rifle is 2nd to none. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd one (and already have plans for my 3rd).

2nd..... Jon Conley of Conley Bullets makes some 116 grain 30 cal bullets that just flat out shoot. I shot groups of .148, .404 (I really need to watch that last flag better), .335, .268 and .248 this weekend that agg'd a .2806 that helped me win the 100 yard IBS Texas State Championship. I followed that up with an agg of .3001 at 200 yards with the same set up.

Oh yeah... and that same gun placed me 2nd in score with a 250 20x.

Thank you gentleman for making me one happy camper this weekend, and allowing me to bring home 5 pieces of wood in the IBS Texas State Champoinship.

Luckily for me, those 22-250's and those 308's all stayed home this weekend. WHEW. :
