Bi Pod question

Is there a good way to install a bipod on a flat forend without sacrify its uses when using a rest, and taking out the bipod, of course)? May be a kind of a flush bipod mount?

Have a freeland handstop slide installed and then get a sling stud adapter. Many choices of bipods which attach to sling stud.

You can also use the kind of bipod,e.g. VersaPod or Parker-Hale) that can attached via a horizontal stud in the front. You might want to make this stud removeable so you can still use the fore-end stop on a front rest.

Thanks for the ideas.

At this moment, I am in touch with Ian, from Robertson Composite Inc., as I am planning to buy the new F-Class "GBR" stock.
He told me that they can make an adapter to use the bipod and still use the stock with a rest, when the bipod is not installed).
I don't know yet which system he has in mind, but I will find out. I suppose he thought of a bipod adapter inside the tunnel at the forend, but will confirm it.
