Best powder

My daughters gun will shoot in the .2's and I've shot a .118
with H-322 at 28.5 grains with a 70 gr Sierra HPBT. Should I stick to H-322 or is there a more consistent powder?? Should I try a different bullet.
1 in 14 twist, 26 inch long barrel, Rem 700
Any Ideas

if your rifle will shoot like that as a rem 700 is it trued? i would use tha same components as they apparently shoot verry well i would however try some hand made benchrest bullets in it it should shoot even better.
