Best neck sizeing die

If you need to vary your neck tension, I'm with Chuck on the Wilsons.
For a one-pass simple solution, I like a custom no-bushing full-length die. I've used both a Redding and Forster FL die with the neck honed to give .0015-.002 neck tension. They work great.
Alternatively, for $80-100 both Hornady and CH4D will produce complete custom FL dies spec'd off your fired cases, reamer print, or listed dimensions.
Just be aware, if you have a one-piece, non-bushing FL die, the only way you can reduce neck tension is by using a button that can expand the neck slightly. Some people think the buttons can reduce concentricity.
