Best end mill for stock work?

I'm getting a number of builds that require slight inletting changes for bottom metal, mainly going from BDL to a DBM inlet and I'm wanting to eliminate chipping of gel coat finishes like a McMillan or a Bell and Carlson type finish, I guess this would be also a question on methods used to eliminate chipping as well as tooling!!

When cutting composites carbide, new and sharp, is the way to go. The fibers wear high speed quickly. When using a manual mill going slow at lower rpm will prevent the resin from melting.
Cutting Kevlar is always an issue, very tough and leave fuzzy fibers.

I'm using a manual mill. I have used some variable pitch three flute mills a little and they seemed good but I got a little chippage! I want very clean lines, the amount of rounding I want would amount to a swipe of 600 grit, if possible.

I would use an endmill with a left hand flute to push the chip down instead of up. This should solve your problem.
