Best budget digital scale?

With a spending limit of $200, what is the most accurate digital scale? Battery or AC would be a plus.

I may be putting my Lyman DPS III up for sale soon. It just doesn't work well in my motorhome. I think it is due to all the wiring in the slides has to be flexible and Lyman says not to use it on an extension cord. Or maybe it is because of all the electronics in the motorhome.
