Best bore guides. specifically rem 700 in 308 and sav fcp in 223.

Im finding a ton of mixed reviews on bore guides. I use a dewey adjustable guide on my 6mm rifles and it seems to work great but i read that their 223 guide is sloppy. Can anyone suggest the best rod guides for these rifles in these calibers? thanks. I like the ability to lock in the brass pin into the bolt slot to keep the guide tight.

I've got a Sinclair for my 6BR. About $15 and worth the money. Slides in and is held by the O-ring - no slop to speak of.

I have several Sinclairs for various calibers, they work fine and are a step up IMO from an adjustable. But the best bore guide I own is a Lucas.

Ditto....best bore guide I have is the one by Lucas for my R700 6mmSLR. I was using the Dewey guide, but no more. I will eventually have a Lucas for each bolt rifle I own. Would expect Lucas' 223 guide to be just as good.

I've never tried a bore guide by TK Nolan but they sure look impressive. I would consider buying one for that extra special rifle.
