I'm starting to build a new 6BRA rifle primarily for hunting Coyotes and possibly also Antelope. What bullets would you recommend and what twist rate would be best? I'm trying to save the pelts on the Coyotes. If there is no good compromise for doing both, then I will go for the best set up for the Coyotes only. Thanks for your suggestions and help.

I'm sure others will chime in on this one. I'm sure there a lot of bullets that will fit that bill. The 85 gr. Sierra gameking bthp is so popular with 243 shooters (me too) they almost have cult status. The shoot well with 9 and 10 twist barrels.
If you can place your shots precisely I have had great luck with the 87 gr V-max. Wait for a broadside shot at a standing animal and shoot behind the shoulder. Or, take a straight on shot, and if done correctly, you will have no exit. Do your best to not hit around the edges, as it will be ugly. Good luck and shoot straight.

For combo duty, I'd shoot an 80TTSX. Seems like BR guys have an aversion to shootin' Barnes killin' bullets since they aren't proven to group consistently the .000s on paper. They are absolutely proven to kill the crap outta critters, though! And they'll zip right thru a coyote, leaving precious little pelt damage...same as it does on a deer!
But like I said, don't know if a 6BRA would even be 'allowed' to shoot pure copper?
Backup plan might be an 87HVLD. Don't have any personal 'on game' experience, but the Berger should have more acceptable 'pedigree' for launching from case with "BR" in its name...
What's the word on getting that short, sharp, little cartridge to feed reliably from a hunting rifle? Are you runnin' a modified magazine follower?

6 XC, 6x 47 Lapua would help solve a lot of feeding issues....no mag mods needed on most rifles.

Best all around bullet, and if your gun won't shoot these well, there is a problem.
Thank you all for your help. I thought I might need to use one of the heavier 105-108s for the Antelope, but if you say an 85gr will work, then I will get a slower twist barrel. Fredo, I'm not too worried about a 6bra pedigree...more concerned in getting a dead right there result. I won't even tell my bench rest gun what I'm doing. I will be using a Deviant hunter action with a detachable magazine. Is there anything special I should do/get/order to have it feed properly? Thanks.

Flatfish, a custom 243,6 XC, 6x47, 6 BRX, and 6 Dasher will shoot bug holes, and all are easy to tune. Antelope are easy to kill, last one that I shot was at 450 yds and was with a 788 in 223 with a load of 26.5g of Win 748 and a 55g Winchester, DRT!
Lots of people like "new stuff" and the 243 gets bypassed, but it is a fine long range hunting cartridge. With Reloader 26, you can get the 105 Hunting Hybrids to 3200 which will give you some serious wind bucking advantage in the wind. My long barrel 6 XC is shooting the 105's at 3200 with R#17.
In following your thread, I worry about you getting yourself into a situation with a hunting rifle and having feeding issues, go with the tried and true. There are magazines out there that will feed the 6 BRX, 6 Dasher with ease in Remington 700's and clones. There is nothing worse than having a hunting rifle where there is a certain combo on working to bolt to keep failures to feed down to a minimum. When you do need a second shot, the last thing on your mind should not be a cycling sequence to keep your fired shell from turning around backwards in the chamber or other screw ups that take your attention off the cross hair and what the animal is doing after being hit.
I let this feeding issue happen to me one time, and I could not tell you what direction the animal ran off to when he was hit due to the case flipping around backwards on ejection(6BR). I will NOT outsmart myself on feeding issues again, and I hope you don't either.

Thank you Ackleyman for your caution. I had not considered the possible feeding issue problem. I will be using a Deviant hunter (700 clone) action, and definitely want a reliable system.
