Berry's Superior Plated Bullets

Love Berry's bullets. The RN are so accurate and damn uniform !!!

Weighed 50 pieces of 9mm (.356") 147 gr RN and the Spread was 0.4 gr !!!
146.9 gr = 2 pcs
147.0 gr = 7 pcs
147.1 gr = 15 pcs
147.2 gr = 22 pcs
147.3 gr = 4 pcs

But yeah, Max velocity is due to the fear of deforming the bullet when it goes between the cylinder and barrel. Above 1,300 fps there is a chance it could swell in the cylinder/barrel gap and cause problems.

Berry's Superior Plated Bullets are swaged and plated to final weight and re-struck for accuracy and precision. They are more affordable than jacketed rounds and won't foul your barrel with lead.

Berry's Superior thick plated bullets are designed for shooters who push higher velocities, the thick plate allows the bullet to handle up to 1500fps.

SAAMI MAX .357 Mag COL = 1.590

SAAMI MAX .38 Spl COL = 1.550

Can withstand velocities up to 1500 fps.

THIS IS NOT LOADED AMMUNITION. This is the Thick Plate version that I use...

Berry's 230 gr. plated .45 round nose bullets are the cat's {fanny} in my 1911s. Economical, reliable and accurate. Pretty sure I don't have to worry about 1,250 fps+ with a .45 ACP . . .

A properly cast,of appropriate Brinell hardness that is sized & lubed weather gas checked or not will NOT lead a barrel.

Swaged &/or copper washed projectiles are not fired in any of my handguns.......for a reason(restricted velocities).
