I am wanting to make a tuner for my 243win in machine shop class and am wondering if anyone has any specs, drawings or recomendations. Id like to make it with firm detents, but im not farmiliar with what type of mechanism is used. I also recall some mention of a tuner design that is not noisy when shot, not sure who's. It should be safe to use a clamp mechanism on a straight taper varmint barrel im guessing. Thanks, Rob go_rob_go@yahoo.com
