This Afternoon Mostly sunny and cold, with a high near -14. Wind chill values as low as -45. Northwest wind 11 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph.
Tonight Partly cloudy, with a low around -21. Wind chill values as low as -40. West wind 7 to 10 mph becoming south after midnight.

We might hit the 40's too... ;D
