Berger VLD 95 grain in 1 in 10 twist .243?

Has anyone got them to shoot well in a 1 in 10 twist .243?
I like everything about the bullet but berger says it needs a 1 in 9 twist barrel.

I couldn't get any bullets longer than .90 gr Nosler balistic tips to shoot in my 1-10 twist Encore 24" and 15" barrels. 95 and up started to keyhole until 105s went in sideways. But the 90 gr bal tip is a deadly round on coyotes.

Encorguy:

I have a Remington Model 7 in .243 Winchester. It was made the first year they came out and had a 1:12 twist barrel. It would not shoot anything over 85 grains. I rebarreled it with a 20" light weight Broughton 1:8 5C. It shoots 90 grain Shiroccos 3212fps and under .5 all day. Made several bambis deathly ill last year.

In my opinion a 1:8 is the best choice.

I shoot the 95gr VLD in a 1-10 6-284 at about 3600fps. I'm not sure if it will stabilize at 243 velocities.
