Berger bullets shortage

This has probably been asked before, but any idea when berger will be catching up on production? Found a good load for the 30.cal 168 hybrids but nothing in stock that I can find.

Call Mr. Berger and ask him directly. He has answered questions for me in the past.

At the recent TSRA championship I posed a similar question to a Berger representative. I was told they are producing as much as they can and that your best bet would be to place an order directly with Berger and thus get in the queue. This may not be the cheapest place to get your bullets, but at least you will know that you are in line for bullets.

I always delt directly with them, yup might cost a little more but it stays where it should, it the pocket of the manufacture who supported me, not some middle man who only cares about lining his pockets.

I was told by Eric that they are producing more bullets than they ever had and still can't keep up with the demand. They have some more machines in the works which they hope will go online sometime this summer which should help. Untill then all you can do is place your order and wait the wait like everybody else.
As stated above Berger has always supported we members of the shooting community and have bent over backwards to help all of us so if we can give back by supporting them and being patient then that is what we should do.
I see you are looking for 168 Hybrids perhaps one of us who use them can help you out with a box or two.

I understand Berger is about 9 months behind on orders.

Sierra is stating the same!

Any particular reason why?
because people are sitting on thousands becase of "FEAR"

Same reason there is no powder, primers, ammo, limited brass, etc available. Panic buying.

Its more serious this time than I have seen it as last time brass and bullets never went into this short of a supply, mainly it was powder and primers. This time around - everything is gone..

I think we're in the second wave of it now, the first wave being the featards that went bananas buying everything, the wave now is people with a half a lick of sense and their normal buying patterns and making up for not being able to get anything for the past few months.

Idiots are a beautiful thing.

Easy now, .....there may be some basis for those fears.
