Berger Bullets in 30 BR

Has anyone had any experience loading Berger 30 cal 115 gr. Match Target Flat base bullets in a 30 BR?

Yes, I tried them. Unfortunately (for me) they did not do as well as the more expensive 117 Fowlers.

I've shot a bunch of them. My 30 Major likes them.

I have shot them in one of my 30 BR's. They shot good, but the Cheek's won out as my match bullets. Tried them with both 205M's and Remington 7.5 primers and H4198 powder. Primers didn't seem to matter much as to their accuracy. Hope this helps a little.

Oh, I've got other bullets that I like as well or better, but in all honesty, it would take a significant analysis to tell one way or the other.

Put it this way, if you can't get them to group, it is likely that other, similar, bullets won't either. Said another way, if they don't group, the problem is most likely something else.
