Berger 95 grain VLD

Is anyone having any sucess with this bullet, and if so what sort of loads are working?

Yes,
I used the Berger 95gr VLD in my 6BR to win a couple of Mid range Fclass matches. My load used Lapua brass, CCI BR-4 primers, 30.3 grains of IMR 4895 and the Berger jammed about .010 into the lands. Velocity out of a 26' barrel is 2940 with an ES of 20 for 10 shots. This load consistently shoots in the high 2's to low 3's for me, but I am also not a BR shooter. I have my necks turned to give me .003 clearance in my chamber. Please remember to work up to this load, while it shows no pressure signs in my rifle yours may be different.

I could never get the 95g to shoot well from my 1/8 twist 6BR, but it sure loves the Berger 80g with 30.5g of Varget.
That said, if Berger make them, they can be made to shoot in most barrels with the correct twist, I probably just didn't work on that load long enough.
And you cant do business with a better bullet company than Berger for service. I had a problem with there bullets once, and at Eric Stickers request, I sent samples back, and they found a packaging problem, and Eric sent me two new boxes of the same type and weight bullets. This is a stand up guy, that know his bullets, and were lucky to have him on this site.
If its about Berger bullets, hes the man.
