Does anyone have experience with the 90gr. BT Berger in a 6BR?

10 twist. We shoot varmint outlines with 1.5" X rings at 300 yards. No sighters after sight in target, no windflags.

Thats what I've shot for 6-7 years, maybe longer as time seems to slip by so fast.
Mine is a 10 twist on a Rem. action.
When I first started shooting them they all were the same, in the last few years the 90's have changed in lenghts. They changed them for some reason and seems like they don't shoot as good as the older ones did. I'm shooting them with n-540 and fed 205m.
Seems like everytime I find something that shoots, they quit making it or change it. Just my luck.

30.5 varget for 90gr.berger

Hey Kermit, if you have 8208XBR laying around, give it a try. In my straight 6BR, I shoot 30.5 grains with 205M primers behind either the 87 Hunting VLD or the 90 BT. It's pretty warm with the 90 BT, so start low and come up.

GSPV...don't have any but will be on the lookout for it.
Back a few years ago the n540 was hard to find and I didn't get to shoot in a match or 2 because I had ran out. I've tried Varget and a few others but they just didn't shoot near as good.

Ask some of the 6PPC guys in your area. You might pick it up cheap and do them a favor at the same time.

I like the XBR, 4895 and Varget. I just like the XBR best, partially because it meters super well through my ChargeMaster.
