Berger 30cal 185gr Match Juggernaut Target vs 185gr Juggernaut OTM Tactical.

I`m sure this question has been asked on here but anyway I talked to Berger today and they said it`s the exact same bullet. The email also said that Berger makes them for both lines because Target shooters won`t shoot Tactical bullets and Tactical shooters don`t shoot Match bullets. Reason is I just found 1000 of the 185gr Juggernaut Tactical, same lot number at good price. These will be for my 1000yd F-TR 308. I would really like to try the 185gr Hybrids but can`t find in bulk with same lot number. Now we know.

heard the regular 185 are easier to tune for. And Berger also told me they are the same exact bullet.

Exactly the same bullet in different boxes. It's on the Berger website. The only differences are lot to lot differences between bullets.

Which proves that not everything you read on the web or hear at at range is true. Owning a firearm or even being able to shoot one well doesn't necessarily mean that someone actually knows what they are talking about. There are no tests.

I was told by Berger via phone they are one and the same.

One of their customers wanted "Tactical" on the box, so they made them to accommodate this customer which I heard is part of the government.
